Freelance Wordpress Wizard

I need a freelance Wordpress designer/developer to help with various ongoing projects. I estimate 8-20 hours a week worth of work to start, and if we get a good rapport going this could easily lead to more. I need someone with an eye and a passion for creating solid designs, converting them into clean, efficient templates, and someone who is comfortable getting "under the hood" and working with PHP when necessary. On top of that, ideally I need someone that I could use for a bunch of other web-related work. Adding pages to existing sites, installing/configuring various software (ie: phpBB, Amember, Email Marketer, etc), cleaning up messy HTML, even interacting with clients and managing projects to an extent. About You: Detail oriented Enjoying taking responsibility and driving projects with little direction. Possess expert knowledge of Photoshop, XHTML, CSS. Have experience with PHP, MySQL, Javascript. 100% comfortable (ecstatic even) with adult content (ie: nudity, but not porn) on some (but not all) projects. Pluses: General understanding of internet marketing concepts (squeeze pages, sales letter, etc). Basic grasp of SEO fundamentals. Basic video editing skills. About Me: I am an internet marketer with my hands in way too many hair brained schemes to keep juggling them all myself. I am currently living in Costa Rica, but am originally from the US. I do a lot of Wordpress design and development myself, but am looking to transition more into a project management role in my own business.
