Website design using Wordpress

Existing web site: http://www.globalinxx.com - Wordpress web site - Following plugins installed – All in one SEO pack, some good forms plugin - Menu on top, sidebar on RHS (customizable menu and links in RHS sidebar) - Main web site should not have comments - Blog link where admin can post and receive comments - Blog posts to be categorized and category specific links on RHS Comments on pages of existing web site - The overall look and feel is not attractive. More attractive colors / pictures needed - Look and feel should be of electronic / PCB design company - Most pages should have images installed in them - There has to be a call to action on all pages similar to the existing web site - The Gallery page is very empty Web sites of competitors that I find look good and representative of PCB design company - http://www.stillwellbaker.com - http://www.coreelpcbdesign.com/ (Good. The flash on the top looks good) - http://www.rmfdesign.com (ok. Not very good) - http://www.4pcb.com/ (ok. Not very good) Web site of related companies that look good - http://www.cadence.com - http://www.expresspcb.com/ (Gives the look and feel of a PCB company but did not like the color) Some elements in web designs that I liked - http://www.avocadosecurity.com/ ( I liked the flash on top – changing images with a moving rectangle). However, after some initial movement, I would like the movement to stop. It is distracting after some time.
