Advanced PHP project

I’m looking for an advance PHP developer, I mean really advance PHP developer! The site is something like swoopo.co.uk. The site is almost finished and accepted developer will be working alongside existing developer on the following features: - Countdown system - A point system: The user buys a point (e.g. £50 = 100point) to start bidding. Every time a user makes a bid the countdown goes up by 20second. The bidder name is then placed on the site and product bidding histry. A point is purchased from paypal.com, after payment the user account is then toped-up. * Very low budget
