Writer for Potentially Multiple Blogs

Hello, Requirements: English First Language I am looking for a writer for my personal blog. Posting will be daily (about 5-7 posts a week) Related to Internet Marketing, Social Media Marketing, web 2.0 developments, product reviews and PPC methods as well as all other online marketing methods. I want to find someone that writes with a great personality, sometimes a bit controversial when need be. - I will be editing them to add in a bit of my views and flavors but being very busy almost all the time I need some one who will do the brunt work. Needs to keep up with whats happening in this industry. Even though only 5-7 blog posts a week, there will be flagship posts that will need articles written for me to use for SEO. Average Blog posting length will be good, so anywhere from 250-600 words a post. Sometimes the posts should target good keywords that I can work on getting to the top of google for that term. (should be able to do keyword research, not required as I can do it if need be) Looking to pay around $12 a blog post and if it can be made into a Powerpoint Presentation with the dot points using my template, I will be willing to pay around $15 a post or $300 a month (for 20 posts and Powerpoints) Potentially double or triple this figure and amount of work per month very soon as I add a new blog - Remember these are the flagship posts with some good research, prices can be negotiable on the bigger posts. The 20 posts a month does not include any extra article writing I may need. At that price the content of course would be mine to put my name on. You can have the option of guest posting too (this will be a free post with the purpose of giving your site and you exposure) - provided we agree on it. As time goes by, and we are both happy with the agreement and the quality of work, the per blog post price will be increased. Initial price also neg. Looking for an ongoing relationship with a very good writer, might lead out into other writing jobs too for promotion of other sites and so forth. Potential to become full time at some stage in the future. Also might get articles each week or month for article directories and might expand into multiple blogs very soon. Thanks
