XSite Pro Website Design Project

What I need done: I need an XSitePro website designed for my brand-new Online Dating affiliate marketing business. The site will contain a directory of various Online Dating Sites (match.com, eHarmony, and many others) with my reviews of each site. The home page will be unique, but the inside pages will mostly be based on the same template. I have a basic knowledge of XSitePro so I can create some of the minor pages myself (e.g., the Contact Us page, Bio Page, etc.). And I can easily edit any page on the site, since XSitePro is easy to use for regular changes and site updates. Please note that this will not be a membership site, but rather a review site of online dating membership sites. For example, if you search on Google for "best online dating sites" you will see several examples of what I have in mind. I am looking for a template designed which will basically be the "framework" upon which I will build my own content. It will consist of a graphical header, as well as the setup of the footer and the left and right panels to match the header. I will add pages of content myself, as well as testimonials, affiliate banner ads, and links. I will provide all the photos which I have already downloaded from a light box I've set up on iStockphoto.com - and I have photos of myself as well. I do not have a logo designed yet, but the header of the site may include a logo. I have not decided on the colors for the site yet. Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: In terms of style, the visitors to this site will be browsing the Internet looking for online dating site recommendations. They'll find me through Google and the other search engines. Site visitors will be single, age 18 to 45, and about 60% female. Specific expertise that I am seeking: You should have experience designing websites with XSitePro. Timeframe for delivery: I would like to have this up and running within 3 to 4 weeks.
