Web Hosting Project - Serious Inquiries Only (revised)

Complete details on what you will provide and guarantee (mock-up, revisions, W3 validation, etc.) I am looking for a web design quote on a web hosting startup called Small Cube (tentative company name). The main services offered is managed web hosting and dedicated server hosting, both self managed and managed. The target market would include mainly: gamers, web developers and enterprise companies that can utilize the service to cut down on I.T. costs. Designs that Inspire: http://www.surpasshosting.com/ If you could replicate this, yet make it [ethically] unique to our own still, this is what we’d want. This site is perfect the way it is, with the exception of the footer sitemap which I honestly think can be spruced up a little. http://www.leaseweb.com Best example of a web host company / clean web 2.0 style and ajax tab implementation. Very impressive overall. http://www.mediatemple.net It has the “big reliable company” look and feel to it, not to mention Starbucks as a client showcase on the home page. I love the services page such as http://www.mediatemple.net/webhosting/nitro/ which is very impressive and http://www.mediatemple.net/webhosting/nitro/ banner is extremely well done, sharp and uncluttered. All in all, this is a great design. Design Service needed: - xhtml/css valid design (no flash please) - logo - seo (a plus if you can do this, or at least make sure you code the site clean and validated) - design must have proper javascript fallback - high quality ad banners in various sizes (approximately 8 total). 120×60, 120×600, 728×90, 250×250, MediaTemple’s example mentioned below - depending on a quote, possibly a vbulletin theme as well. - approximately 10-20 pages total (mostly replicated sub-pages). - WHMCS billing software designed to integrate nicely with the site. This is not difficult at all nor time consuming as I’ve done it myself. In a sense, just like Media Temple’s dedicated service page has about 6 or so tabs, same idea. Misc pages would be: faq, contact, aup/tos, privacy. Need something similar to Media Temple’s mini ad banner for partners/affiliates. Example: http://www.cssbeauty.com/ (by the site’s logo on top left). We need something similar, however you can figure this out. Its sharp, clean and has a strong branding design/style to it that is easily recognizable. Content Info: - each page should be somewhat unique to the service offered. Example, gaming servers should look different from the general dedicated server packages page. So obviously gaming servers will have its unique page(s) and should look like a gaming site so to speak (of course, that page’s body not necessarily header/footer). However, this is a Christian company and we do not want evil/doom look to the gaming server page such as skulls or corny demons, etc. You get the idea. * Must include 100% fully editable Adobe PSD layered/format files and vector graphics for future modifications. No other format accepted. If a CMS is recommended, suggest some options, mainly non-commercial first. * Your marketing strategy expertise is a plus for the content of the site, generally speaking.
