Web Designer for Complete Redesign of Mortgage Broker Website (Other projects available for the right candidate)

We need a web designer to provide a complete redesign for one of our clients who is a mortgage broker. You will be required to supply a well structured Photoshop source file (.PSD) that we will then integrate into the website. We will provide a complete design brief to you if you are selected for the project, however some examples of websites that we like are renttrybuy.com.au and freedomloans.com.au In you application, please provide samples of your similar work that you have done (in the finance industry if possible) so we can make appropriate judgements. DELIVERABLES: 2 photoshop source files (one for home page, one for content page) TIMELINE: ASAP (ideally by Thursday 30th October) BUDGET: Approx $700. Willing to negotiate for great designers.
