Website Header Re-Design

http://www.allure-instituut.be is a website about a beauty salon in Belgium. The language of the website is dutch. We would like a professional to re-design the header on the front page (the 'banner' right below the navigation menu). The current header gives a view of the garden. Dimensions: 800x250. We would like to have a re-design of this header, making it fit more in the total layout of the website. Some key components we would like to have it: - The main color needs to be pink, preferably the pink that has been used as background for the footer. It needs to flow in with the general layout of the website. - The banner needs to be about Spa/Wellness. Although this beauty salon offers a wide range of services, spa/wellness needs to be in the spotlights. - The header needs to display the tagline 'uw partner in verzorging', which is dutch for 'your partner in wellness'. We would like to get a quote for this. If possible, a quote for this header with flash animations would also be interesting. If needed, is there any room for revisions? Will I have to provide any materials?
