I need a freelancer that can work on an ongoing basis.

My idea is to buy a theme that i have already chosen to use as a starting point & to enhance it to meet my features requirements since its smarter & faster than creating a site from scratch.

I need a very good programmer (at least 5 years experience ) with a knowledge on Photoshop & Illustrator to take my mockup design & transform it into front end design standards.
