Need real photo image converted into a cartoon character vector using Illustrator

Budget: $100 to $500

We have a photo of a man we need converted into a vector image cartoon. We need more then just a vector representation of the image, we need it to be cartoonized as well.

We are looking for 3 different looks. Here are examples of the looks we are going for:

We want him to be able to be in multiple poses. Also you must include his glasses, hat, leather jacket. These are things he is know for. If you do get the job and it turns out great, you will be brought on to do more illustrations of this person for future jobs.

You must show us past work. This needs to be completed very quickly.
