JS/jQuery Powered Gallery Plug-In/Admin for Wordpress

Budget: $100 to $500

I am looking for someone to develop a gallery/slideshow plug-in for Wordpress similar to the one embedded in the article on this page at HitFix. I would like the ability to style it myself, the Javascript and Wordpress admin development is where I am a novice.

The important factors are the preview images, the ability to scroll through the gallery without having to reload the page, the ability to include advertising script that refreshes with each new image and making sure there is a place for a title and text commentary on each image as well as photo source credit.

I would like each gallery to be administered in the Wordpress admin and inserted into posts using a shortcode that could be placed in the body of a post such as [gallery id=""].

I'm sure there are details I am leaving out, but hopefully that's enough to get the ball rolling.

As far as requirements

Expert in Wordpress development
Strong understanding of Javascript/jQuery
No problem communicating in English
