Move Wordpress Multi Site to Single Site

Hi,I started my blog a couple of years ago installing Wordpress Multisite with the intention of having the main Wordpress site as the business side and the blog in a sub directory. Since the blog has gained popularity I would like to move the blog, to the root of the website.

I would like to:
- Change the permalink structure of the posts:from: year/monthnum/postname/to: /category/postname
- All of the posts to be redirected to the new location automatically so there's no dead links

- Would like Wordpress to be a single installation instead of Multisite so it's easier to work with
