With a solid understanding and passion for design, typography, color, motion and interaction, the Designer  will inspire our  team to see opportunity in every challenge and deliver solutions that make the complex simple.Graphic Artist / Interactive DesignerPaeDae is seeking a Graphic Artist / Interactive Desgigner to take the look and feel of our products to the next level.
This person works directly with the team designing creative, clean, and inspiring visual assets for both retail brands and games.  They  will have a proven history of using their skills  to create aesthetically pleasing graphics to be delivered via multiple devices.  They will be passionate about design standards and trends.  They will be in charge of creating brand identity for PaeDae and graphics that will be viewed by millions of people.  They will also be directly creating graphic assets for some of the largest brands in the world.REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of design and asset creation experience.
• An outstanding on-line portfolio showcasing innovative concepts and creative design solutions as well as a unique point of view.
• Solid foundation in typography, layout, print, and general design.
• Demonstrated experience designing for the mobile experience.
• Expert using Adobe Creative Suite products, most importantly Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash.
• Experience in designing and creating Vector Art, Infographics, Presentations, Ad Banners, UI mockups.
• Able to function independently and positively within a team environment.
• A conceptual thinker and master of user experience with the ability to produce cutting edge creative and exceptional design work.
• A passion for innovation and technology with a solid understanding of digital tools, and trends.

OTHER SKILLS

• Passion for product user experience.
• Advertising agency experience
• A/B or multivariate testing experience
• Experience in designing for Responsive Design

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a brand-focused design team throughout every project, from strategy, conception to design and production.
• Lead the re-design and re-branding of PaeDae as a company.
• Become an indispensable part of our Client’s strategic planning and provide a strong design point of view within the broader team.
• Thoroughly understand the design problems to be solved in the context of the brand, use of technology and place in today’s culture.

• Create unique, beautiful and elegantly simple solutions that can be designed and produced by our team.
• Produce high quality design that represents the user experience defined in functional specifications, wireframes, flow diagrams, schematics and prototypes.
• Produce engaging visual presentations for new or existing client work and business development pitches.
• Produce project documentation and presentations for new or existing client work and pitches
