Budget: Don't Know

I am looking for a experience web 2.0 desginer who could help me on my project. I really need some reliable and professional person who has a lot of experience. I work with .net technology and we are building an advanced website that will present something complex - lot of features as something easy going and understandable. Designer would get all necessary documentation and examples. We are using all latest ajax effects like dynamic loading etc and we have a quite a lot of experience. Our project is already in development so we need someone ASAP. Designer will need to show some work that is made in web 2.0 area, and i kindly please starters not to apply because i need someone who is really good.
