i want  a new website that will be hosted on AWS. i want a word press custom theme that will achieve the following:

  1. a landing page, a wiki(for support, FAQ & knowledge base), a blog,
  2. inner pages and contact us form.

Also the developer will be responsible with deploying the files to ASW. Access credentials will be provided for the developer to deploy to AWS
