Flash Developer for PHP Image Manipulation!

Budget is variable, no idea how much time is involved or if is even possible.
I'm a PHP developer after someone experienced in Flash to code a component of a website. Users will come to the site, upload photos, and they will displayed on the coffin (rotated, cropped + ideally perspective, but let me know limitations). Either files can be uploaded to the server than passed to Flash, or flash can handle the uploads etc - the scope is pretty open to suggestions.

It needs to integrate with the PHP & JS of the website, I can do all PHP/JS code, we just need to work together. It will be emailed to the client so they can see what customers order, so it needs to output flash or image files of each side of the coffin.
Please send me information on what you can do, rough prices, and we can take it from there. Timeframe for completed development is approximately a month from approval.
