Seeking a Contract Graphic/Web Designer

Budget: $5,000 to $10,000

Qualified individuals will be able to take a leadership role in Graphic & Web Design, and will gain experience in the following areas:

Design process & project management
Marketing collateral development
Website management & design

As a designer, the right candidates will learn all of the ground level, day-to-day operations. They will gain hands on experience while working on a variety of marketing projects. We are looking for designers who are self-motivated, speedy, well-organized and great problem solvers. Also, needs to be team-oriented, flexible and able to work on multiple projects at once. Basic qualifications include:

Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Familiar with CSS3 & HTML5 and familiar with Joomla
Some experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strong sense of typography & an eye for great design
Ability to work independently & keep organized in a fast paced environment
Degree or earning a degree in graphic/web design
Great written/verbal communication skills & excellent attention to detail
The drive to go above and beyond what is expected

This is a fantastic opportunity for recent college graduates looking for hands on experience. This is a part time paid contract position at the Lake Zurich, IL office.
