Budget: $5,000 to $10,000

Need someone who can code perl, php, mysql, jquery. Familiar with lamp server setup (no microsoft). Soap experience a plus (quickbooks programming). I write and support several web apps. I need 10-20 hours weekly support coding new features or working on new apps I have designed - could turn into full time if wanted. I have a budget of $20-$35+/hour based skill and quality of work/communication. I am looking to build a long term relationship with someone and prefer individual be in same time zone. Philly or northwest of philly a plus. I am not looking for someone who's expertise is forms and validation. I need someone who can write functional code to manage dynamic database driven apps. I have a lot of code written in perl so I do not want a php guy who "can learn" perl. I also need to do custom php programming for Wordpress so this job could be split into 2 if needed.
