Graphic Design Associate (Consultant)

Budget: $1,000 to $2,500

Responsibilities:
Support Changemakers team by assisting with the production of advertising, marketing, and promotional materials including collateral for Changemakers products and web sites branding, or projects for other teams.
Work dynamically with multidisciplinary teams, and communicate the Changemakers vision, mission, and messaging in graphic designs for diverse media (print, web, packaging), as well as co-branding with various partners and sponsors.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Arts or equivalent experience in graphic design or related field• Fluency in Adobe Design Suite • Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and innovate effectively in a fast-paced, unstructured environment• Cultural sensitivity for collaboration with global colleagues and stakeholders• Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit• Deep rooted desire and demonstrated commitment to positive social impact• Understanding and passion for Ashoka’s vision of ‘Everyone A Changemaker’• Outstanding social and emotional intelligence, ethical fiber and self-definition
