Budget: $1,000 to $2,500

In need of a highly skilled web designer who can work also in flash and is a competent graphic designer (first and foremost is a very skilled web designer).
The project is to develop a high end site (similar to a fancy law firm site, CPA site, architect site etc). I can provide some sample expectations.

The site must also be properly coded to view on mobile devices, iPads as well as desktop/laptops.

Must be skilled in Css3 html and Drupal.

Site must be completed approximately one month from date of engagement.

Again, please do not respond if you are not highly qualified/skilled and can deliver a very high quality product. References and sample work will be requested.
