Hey All,
Im looking for a 'reliable' jQuery / javascript developer for ongoing work.
We need someone that is fluent in hacking up existing plugins and adding additional functionality, also writing there own small plugins ... capable of minifying and all that jazzzzz and also someone that can guide us with better ways of doing things.

A bit of HTML / CSS would be great as well.

We are running the site on PHP / MySQL, so a little knowledge of that would be dope.
