WordPress Developer needed for local non-profit (onsite)

Budget: $10,000 +

Non-Profit (in the healthcare sector) is seeking a WordPress Developer.
You'll be working on the main global company site and any affiliate marketing sites including maintenance of those entities.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in WordPress programming, including themes and editing information.  You must be proficient in HTML and CSS. PHP highly preferred, not mandatory.
