We are looking to simply make a Wordpress compatible version of the Bootstrap - Carousel Jumbotron theme (http://twitter.github.com/bootstrap/examples/carousel.html).

Achieved by:

Maintaining all Bootstrap html5 functionality, responsiveness, components and Javascript in the Wordpress theme.
Have 3 page templates to choose from. (one: front-page as shown in the link above, two: page with right-sidebar, three: full-width page with no side-bar).
Allow to specify multiple alternate sidebar menus (sidebar creation via the widgets page then allocated via the page settings).
Log in / log out functionality as available in this website https://kippt.com

Simple and efficient code is critical. We would like to have one small zip file with all relevant Wordpress php and css pages inside.
