Javascript Guru - Google Chrome Extension app

Budget: $2,500 to $5,000

We're looking for someone who knows how work with Javascript, JSON/P and AJAX proficiently.  You would need to be able to use a 3rd party service such as Pusher, Parse, UrbanAirShip, Iron.io or equivalent to pass information back and forth and offset a lot of the heavy lifting.  A general understanding of Google's api's and 3rd party apis is very important as well.
The job could lead to much ongoing work and the budget was just a preliminary to help with the core function of demonstrating the ability to work with these 3 main components.
1. Twilio API2. Pusher, Parse, UrbanAirShip or Iron.io3. Chrome Extension
Using the opensource library successful demonstrate that you are able to receive calls and send the information securely through 3rd parties using proper encryption mdhash.
