Cool MU Wordpress template

We need a Wordpress MU template for a young web firm blog platform, in which each member will have its own blog. The template should be fresh, cool, tech and web 2.0. It should give the possibility to have - some common elements between blogs, like the firm logo and the background, - some customizable elements like the header background, the blogger's picture, etc. We also would like to have a cool tag cloud. Since it's a graphical project, please let us see your portfolio. Thank you!
