Developer needed for ongoing work

Budget: $500 to $1,000

We are a team of 3 developers, 1 in the US, 1 in Thailand and 1 in the Philippines and looking to add a 4th person to our team. We have all worked together for 4-5 years and work well together. We are busy and need to add someone to our team and preferably from Thailand or Philippines so they can communicate with the other developer. To not make it so tough we typically will break projects into smaller parts. 1 person always focus on project management (myself) another developer does all the php, MySQL, Jquery, and wordpress development, and the last developer focuses only on html5 and css coding.

We do many projects per month and its important the right candidate can finish work on time and be easy to contact everyday.

We would first start out per project or track all projects per month and pay per month. Im ok with any arrangement, we pay on time.

The right person will HAVE to have the following skills:

1. - HTML/CSS (proficient)
2. - Browser debugging (proficient)
3. - JQuery (proficient)
4. - PHP (proficient)
5. - MySQL (working knowledge)
6. - Word Press (some knowledge, we can train)
7. - Can read and write english
   

We all are able to work from home, the goal is to find someone long term that eventually can pay a full time salary.Please reply with the following:
