Rockstar Python / Django developer

Budget: $10,000 +

We are hiring a developer or development team who knows python, django, MySQL, HTML5, Jquery, git and Java Script inside and out to build an online / offline collaboration and CRM application. If python / django is not a good fit then Ruby on Rails could be an alternative and if so please describe why you would use RoR over Python.
Main Features of this application will be:

• Collaboration of info with clients (portal for clients to view proposals / creative work, etc)
  
• Collaboration of gathered information internally with other reps 
  
• Ability to capture information in a sales call and automatically create a proposal 
  
• Ability for rep to see their schedule for the day and map out a route
  
• Ability for rep to use this app both online and offline (where internet connection is not available)
  
• Many elements must sync with Microsoft Outlook Requirements:
  
• Passion for Django & Python
  
• 5+ years web development experience using Django, Python, Javascript (Jquery), HTML, CSS. 
  
• Strong MySQL skills including and query optimization.
  
• Familiar with responsive design toolkits (e.g. Twitter Bootstrap) 
  
• Microsoft Office Programming Proficient  
  

• Provide some examples of RELATED work. AKA a link to your last Django projects.
  
• Provide references that we can contact to verify your work
  
• Provide your hourly rate.
  
• Must speak fluid english and have a skype account or gtalk
