Freelancer for php site + facebook application

Hey,
I need a website done plus a facebook application to work with.In few words, the site will enable fanpage owners to share other fanpages on theirs and on return they get their fanpage shared on others from the system. So basically it will be a sevice for fanpage owners to share posts between them (this will be done based on a credits system or something like that)Perfect candidate will have very good understanding of FB sdk and CMS (php, mysql).I have just a rough idea about this, so the freelancer will have to work with me to polish it and bring it to a finished product. Please feel free to send me your ideas on how to make this work.
