Interaction Designer (with HTML/CSS) (Permanent / Project based)

At Exvo.com we’re working hard to invent the next steps of the cloud era.We’re looking to add an interaction designer (Ideally with CSS/HTML) to our team that is up to this challenge. Do you have a track record of building top-notch web interfaces from scratch? With 1.4 million users at the moment and a fast development cycle, your ideas and designs will be viewed by a large number of users. We're seeking someone who pays exceptional attention to detail and has a passion for creating attractive and functional online experiences.  You can work from anywhere, just as long as you love what you do. You will join a team made up of people around the world, who will challenge you to be the best you can be and most of all, have lots of fun in the process. For interaction design we mainly use MyBalsamiq and Adobe Fireworks. It would be great if you can code HTML/CSS/JS in order to make your designs come to life. 
 Your responsibilities:

• Create storyboards, communication architecture, wire-frames, visual designs, interaction flows, and interface guidelines
• Work with user testers to improve designs

 
Requirements for the job:

• Experience with designing web applications and web sites supported by a solid portfolio showcasing superior web interfaces, great sense of design and creativity
• Ability to work across different product teams and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues
• Ability to work with product owners to rapidly prototype and iterate on design solutions
• Ability to switch easily between different projects, and flexibility to handle a rapidly changing environment while delivering high quality results
• Ability to quickly experiment and iterate on interface and interaction concepts
• Ability to analyze the results of AB tests from a design perspective 
• User-centric approach to conceptualizing and crafting designs that meet user needs
• Be self-motivated and work well independently and with little supervision

• Have startup experience
