Freelance web coder/programmer

Budget: $2,500 to $5,000

We're looking for a programmer/coder for our new company website.

Basically, the project was started by another programmer, who is currently unwell and unable to complete. We want to get our project finished as soon as possible.

The site is a parrallax scrolling site. Currently there are 2 sites that run parallel, 1 x html5, parallax version and 1 x mobile (static) site.

At the moment there is no CMS in place. It was built with HTML 1 transitional, css3 and jQuery.

What we would be looking to do with the site is implement the parallax throughout the site. Obviously complete uploading the rest of the content, strengthening the roots, which are a moving element on the scrolling site and mobile site (building life to the site adopting the parallax). Also getting the elements which are present on the current test site to a high standard (using the knowledge of those building). Ideally we would like to pick up from the existing project.
