UI Developer who loves Rails apps (HTML/CSS/JS)

At Exvo.com we’re working hard to invent the next steps of the cloud era. We’re looking to add a UI Developer who loves Rails apps to our team that is up to this challenge. Do you have a track record of building top-notch web interfaces from scratch? With 1.4 million users at the moment and a fast development cycle, your ideas and designs will be viewed by a large number of users. We're seeking someone who pays exceptional attention to detail and has a passion for creating attractive and functional online experiences. You can work from anywhere, just as long as you love what you do. You will join a team made up of people around the world, who will challenge you to be the best you can be and most of all, have lots of fun in the process.  
Your responsibilities:

• Create great UI code for our applications using Rails view formats using less, slim, and coffee script formats
• Create great UI code for our applications in HTML/CSS/JS

 Requirements for the job:

• Have experience with Rails views (.erb’s)
• Experience with bootstrap, slim, less
• Experience with developing UI for applications and websites
• Ability to work across different product teams and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues
• Ability to work with product owners to rapidly prototype and iterate on design solutions
• Ability to switch easily between different projects, and flexibility to handle a rapidly changing environment while delivering high quality results
• Ability to quickly  iterate on interface and interaction concepts
• User-centric approach to conceptualizing and crafting designs that meet user needs
• Be self-motivated and work well independently and with little supervision

• Are a motivated self-starter
• Have startup experience
