Freelance designer for web and print

We are looking to form a long term relationship with a freelance designer capable of doing web and print design. We want a designer who can create beautiful pieces as well as layout elements on a page for optimal usability. You will only need to do the design, no coding is required. You must be an amazing designer!! We evaluate candidates based on their portfolio, communication style and design philosophy/process. We prefer to work with someone located in the USA so we can talk over the phone, im and email. Flash animation experience a plus but not necessary. We would like the ability to work with you on either a per project or hourly basis. We have project work for you to start on immediately.
