Lettuce is looking for a freelance writer / content marketer to help produce awesome content for our blog, website and social media channels.

What you’ll be working on:

Write informative and entertaining copy at a fast pace for a variety of channels covering small business, freemium models, small business design, automation, e-commerce, order & inventory etc.
Manage social media channels
Work with graphic designers & create copy for graphics

You’ll work alongside the marketing team and graphic designer that’ll provide creative direction.

This is fantastic experience for up and coming writers looking to build their marketing experience and gain solid startup experience. You’ll work alongside rock stars in this industry on a daily basis.

What we are looking for:

The right candidate or team must posses a good balance of writing skills, social media savvy and creativity. You must be able to exhibit familiarity and/or working experience in following:

Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to write compelling, accurate and grammatically correct content at a prompt pace
Detail-oriented, self-disciplined and self-motivated
Enthusiastic disposition and ability to work well as part of a team
Ability and desire to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic and demanding start-up work environment
Knowledge of and interest in social media
Minimum 1 year editorial writing experience (online or print magazines or newspapers is preferred)

A successful candidate will help create copy for 10-15 graphics per week, provide research to graphic designers and publish blog post once every 1-2 weeks. Candidates may work remotely.
