I am a premium member of wpmudev. As part of their package of plugins they have an appointments+ plugin which allows users of a site to book services at given timeframe on the site. This works good as a standalone plugin and it currently offers limited integration with Buddypress. I would for someone to deeper integrate the plugin with Buddypress so that it offers the following additional features:

Hire me button on in the header of their BP member profile.-
Hire me button that would show in the member directory next to their name if they opted for it.
An appointments tab on their profile, that would then show the booking calendar.
Syncing with any multi-site calendars that they are also a service provider for.
