Transfer flash based site content to new wordpress site.

Budget: $100 to $500

I am looking to move our current site over to wordpress for obvious reasons. The theme I have selected is http://themes.slicetheme.com/?theme=timus, but I'm open to suggestions.

The site http://www.flatroofs.co.uk contains 28 pages all with long numbers in the URL; I need 25 of these to be recreated in WP and 301'd to clean URL's containing the content and meta data etc. I am using Yoast SEO plugin.

Most pages will simply use the theme's 'right sidebar' page type, with the exception of:

http://www.flatroofs.co.uk/#/examples/4531939234. Use portfolio 4 columns, but remove the button to SUPER ENLARGE the photo.

http://www.flatroofs.co.uk/#/testimonials/4529012376. Although there is a testimonials page in the theme, this doesn't allow the visitor enter their own comments as the current site does. I think wp cusomer reviews may be able to do the job and get a time & date stamp on these.

Homepage, as I find it easier to determine its layout by playing around with it myself.
Solar installers: not required 


Navigation.
Present left sidebar nav links to be in horizontal nav.
Present right sidebar links to be in same position when 'right sidebar' page is used. All 'services' links are also to be placed under a dropdown in the horizontal nav placed after 'about us'.
I will forward all images, which should be resized to 450x450.


Just to make it totally clear: I need all content, text, images meta data etc and all the linking structure transferring to the WP site. Content should also be properly SEOd with h1, h2, alt tags etc, which it is not at present as the current WYSIWYG editor does not allow it.
The theme's mastehead/banner area will require editing to accommodate the '30 year seal' to the right of the social buttons. Also the 'call us' part will need to be changed to a prompt/call to action to request a quote. The current version can be seen at http://www.flatroofs.co.uk/.

I will use the theme's 4 column footer bar, but this needs a small edit to allow the links from the current footer to also be placed above/below it.
