Web Developer - E-invitation Website

I want a hire a highly skilled and professional web development company for the following project:

We are creating an e-invitation website, allowing users to customize, send and track invitations online. The following features will be required by the website:
1. A shopping cart (eg: Magneto)
2. Application enabling customers to edit the text on the card (change font, color spacing)
3. RSVP tracking (people who receive the online invitation would be able to RSVP online (whether they're attending or not) and the sender should be able to track these response online after signing into his account
4. Very basic animation ( just of the envelope opening and card coming out)

What services we need from you:
We will be requiring your services for web development purposes ONLY.
The UI, graphic design and web designing work has been done.
