Custom development on WP Themes for our new site

OBHOA / Outer Banks Home Owners Association/> We are a real estate sales, construction, and vacation home owners group. Our old web site is to be replaced with a completely new site having multiple Wordpress themes that need to be customized. We have not purchased yet, possibly Caulk, Magazine Made, WP Pro Real Estate 3. We will also have ongoing website renovations, and duplication of the website (rebranding) for our multiple markets. We are looking for a creative web designer/developer with Wordpress and PHP experience that can customize and implement three (3) Themes in the same website. This will require experience with WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS and Javascript. You will need to be able to complete the development, and train our staff so we can manage continuous content updates (articles, reviews, pictures, etc). We would like to have the initial site up by the end of 2012. We will then have renovations or duplicate sites to be completed every 3 to 6 months.
