Im looking for someone who has the development skills to create an interactive avatar the avatar must look as close to human as possible.  Also being able to transforms the avatar will be needed. These are few details on what the avatar project is. But I need someone who has an outside the box mind. The project will also consist of a website as well. So a good designer who also can put in place a secure payment option.
