WPMU Install

Hello.
I'm currently work with Urban Style, which is a Blog-network/portal in Sweden.Today, our webpage is powered by Drupal and our own developers, which sadly do not have time for our project anymore.
I have worked with wordpress before (amature) and know that it is a very powerfull engine.
What I want, is to redeploy Urbanstyle.se using Wordpress MU to gain new features and easier administration.What I want you to do is:

•  Install WPMU on our server, get it up and going, add a few example blogs (we could provide you with a theme that we buy from Themeforest if you want). 
  

• Add features that we want, like recent posts from specific blogs, recent posts from ALL blogs, Bloglist with two tiers ("Top bloggers" and "bloggers" etc), a featured post carousel from specific blogs (maybe Top bloggers or Most read post etc)

• Also a frontpage where I can post magazine type articles.

• We do not need the functionality of being able to sign up, as we recruit bloggers.
