Freelance WordPress Plugin Developer - Single Plugin Development

Budget: $100 to $500

As one of the top authors on ThemeForest.net I am looking for an initial development of a plugin idea I have that I will be offering out for free to the community. I am looking for a well experienced WordPress plugin developer who understands plugin development, best practices and clean code. I can provide a flow document describing the plugin in detail - I just need it coding.
The plugin:
As I do not want to broadcast the full idea on a public forum, the best I can say is that it will be a relatively simple social icons plugin. This will not be like others however that have predefined selection of icons that are images. Apart from that, it's the same as the others out there, short code for dropping chosen social networks in to a widget area, php code for those who wish to embed in to their php template files etc.
Again, this is not an overly complicated plugin, but rather just a different way of doing what is currently being done to give users more freedom.
If I get on well with the successful candidate there may well be more plugin development required in the near future as I have several ideas.
