In need of a developer for ongoing work.

Hello, we are thinkretina a Graphic and Web Design team based on Monterrey, Mexico.
We work with clients all around the globe and while half the team  is based online (we are 3 persons at the moment)
I have two contractors that will be giving us work and I'm in the need of a web developer who can help us with front end and backend development including ecommerce solutions a wordpress websites.
You the developer must have a great eye for detail respect the original design and reproduce it awesomely, also you must be able to deliver before the deadline a Paypal account and proved experience in web development, front end, back end, responsive websites, wordpress, ecommerce, jquery, parallax scrolling, etc.

Normal budgets: 200 - wordpress website (not set number of pages, it might increase depending on the clients needs) 600 - ecommerce websites (no set number of pages)
*The budgets might change depending on if its a studio who is contracting or a client from the firm.
we already have a developer but the workflow is letting us get more people on boardAnd how much do you charge, in a per hour, per week and project basis.
