We’re looking for an experienced and proficient front-end Web designer to work on a continuing website – www.thewizard.com. The Wizard is a web application for market timing and investment decisions for individual investors. We’re looking for a very reliable and professional programmer who is efficient, can deliver on time, handle a full workload and can technically execute precise screen designs. Also, you should be able to play well with others. (Don’t worry. We play nice.)
Skills required include:
1. Working with existing JavaScript, HTML and CSS to apply designs and changes.
2. Creating new HTML / CSS / JavaScript to implement new designs for upcoming features (This includes slicing a Photoshop layout and creating the necessary graphic files from artwork we’ll provide).
3. Working knowledge of PHP and MySQL so front-end development can easily be linked with our back-end database and analysis platform.
This is a big, ongoing project, so there’s definitely opportunity for a lot of continuing work if everything works out.
