Developer for Ecommerce site with Instagram API

We are looking for a developer for our business who can integrate the instagram api into a magento, or another ecommerce, platform site for us. Below is a basic site workflow. We require a developer for the most part, not really design. Our budget parameters are open to negotiation, but we prefer someone who lives in Hong Kong or a similar time zone and can stay on to monitor the site once it's up. All applications, however, are welcome. Please indicate a price estimate for your work and send along a few links to past work.
