Freelance Markup Guru (CSS & XHTML)

I'm leaving the freelance market and have taken up residence in San Francisco CA. I'm looking for a reliable freelancer who eats, sleeps, and breathes Markup. Definitely a Specialist. If you do everything, I'm typically skeptical. If you do CSS and Markup extremely well though, can make it look good in all browsers with no hacks (overflow: hidden; is fine, as well as the obligatory Zoom: 1.0; for HasLayout), lets talk. I need a coder that I can integrate into a team that will be taking Markup Ninjas over. Ultimately, we're looking for someone that is completely freelance, no full time jobs.
