Long Term .NET Work

Budget: $10,000 +

I've been working on a contract for over two years now, serving as technical lead for a very small dev team (currently three devs). We are looking to expand our team and are particularly interested in front-end developers with great communication skills.

The project is multi-tiered, with a .NET (C#) windows service back-end and a couple of front-end applications (in WinForms and Silverlight). This application serves large health insurance companies (the largest in the world) and has been a pleasure to be a part of.

I'm looking for devs that could potentially commit to a full-time contract, though starting out part-time is an option. If both parties are pleased with the agreement, this work could stretch into other projects.
