flash developer needed for website / media player / effects

I need a flash developer to complete a website for a client,

heres a quick rundown of the main features:

- needs to be full screen flash - needs to incorporate a music player – about 7 tracks with progress bar, skip track, pause and stop features. (am happy to use a ready made one from somewhere and re-skin it) - buttons on the site need to be blurred , getting clearer as the mouse moves towards it. (like th effect on www.elbow.co.uk in fact the site is going to be very much like this site as this is what the client loves) - simple contact form – name address phone etc to send email. - site will have 5 main buttons in the center of the screen when each one is clicked the background colour changes and so do all buttons on the site (inlcuding the media player)

I can provide all the graphical elements, just need someone to code the above,

There will hopefully be more of this type of work to follow for the chosen developer.
