STATE OF TOMORROW is a marketing and creative agency that works mainly with youth fashion clients. Check out our site and our reel - www.stateoftomorrow.tv We have a great new web project that we are starting very soon. The new website is for a sports brand and it focused upon a new and fast growing global sport. It is a great opportunity to create an ongoing site and utilize all of the great web technologies that are available. We are looking for a front end designer to lead this project and a back end developer to work closely with the front end designer to create/or adapt a CMS that will power this killer website. Here are some fun dot points for the two roles that we have available: Web Designer/Project Manager -Front end design skills – predominantly HTML / minimal Flash -Experience/understanding of website architecture -Experience/understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UE) -Experience/understanding of CSS Coding for websites -Experience/understanding of browser testing -Experience/understanding of new web technology(s) -Experience/understanding of social networking sites -Experience/understanding of backend functionality (how it talks to the front) -Experience/understanding website search optimization -Experience in communicating directly with client -Experience/understanding of website grid layouts and websites with significant amounts of content (regularly updated) Back End Developer -Experience/understanding of CMS solutions -Experience understanding of website architecture -Experience developing/adapting full CMS -Experience/understanding of UI/UE -Experience/understanding of development of community based websites -Experience/understanding of website search optimization -Experience/understanding of backend systems that can hold all multimedia -Experience/understanding of websites that hold a huge amount of content and that require regular content updates -Experience/understanding of developing a back end that can categorise content for specific user/profile That is all just a guide - we are interested in talking to anyone who wants to create a great website and work on a cool project.
