I am looking for a talented and flexible designer to deliver PSD files – mostly logos, websites, and on occasion, business cards, brochures, etc.

I own a web development, SEO, and graphic design company, but prefer to outsource 90% of all design work. Some months I will only have 2 or 3 projects for you; other months I may have 6 or 7. As my business grows I am looking for someone who can continue to deliver quality.

The most important traits I need are:

1) Communication. I need someone I can either call or talk to on messenger 5 days a week while work is in progress. This is VERY important. When I get a project in, I like to get it done.

2) Flexibility. Some projects I have will need funky designs, others will need Web 2.0, others will need clean/basic, some will need grunge, etc. I need someone comfortable with multiple styles. However, if you are excellent in one style and not in others, please feel free to contact me, because I may use you exclusively for that style if talent and price are right.

3) Speed. I know graphic design, when done with care, is not the fastest thing in the world. But I need reasonable turnaround time.

4) Ability to follow instructions. I am often very detailed with revision requests, so it is always refreshing when all instructions are followed.
