Need flasher for simple animation

I need a flash designer to create an animated horizontal scroller. This will be like a ticker with logos in it, the size is roughly 900px wide by 100px tall. There is no interactivity, no links, just a looping animation (seamless) rotation of logos from right to left that will be on the bottom of a web shopping web site. The logos are all the name brands the shop sells. Ideally the file should be simple to add new logos to.
