Iphone App Modification Needed URGENTLY !!!

Hi,

Client need to add & modify an IOS app as specified below .....

Now regarding the cost & time estimation we need separate quote for both points mentioned below .

1 You have to give me exact quote cost & time for the required changes to the app given below ......

Modifications Needed 
There is an existing xCode file for an eBook reader that needs to be modified to work with this project. The purpose of the app is to be a partial extension of the website, to allow users to:
a) Sign In to their Accountb) View their “shelf” with past ebook/video purchases. As well as access the content.c) Share the PDF eBook content with other users as mentioned in first document.d) Take notes and set reminders.
Building the App
The app itself does not have to be built from scratch. We will be providing a pre-existing xCode file which we need modified both graphically and technically to fit the new specifications.EXISTING App Page Structure:
• Home Screen• Reading & Listening Views (Reading an eBook with page turn animation, audiobook, etc)• Table of Contents• Notes, Bookmarks & Highlights• More (XML Content)
Needs to be customized to:
NEW App Page Structure:
• My Shelf View (Displays the user’s ebook/video purchases)• Notes (write notes associated with your books)• Share Button (To share content like mentioned above)• Other Things for E-Commerce Website• Reminders Page (set notifications associated to your books)• More View (Basic settings)
There are also some minor features missing like highlighting text and bookmark modifications. This app needs to be an extension of the website in the same way that a user can purchase an eBook on Amazon.com and then read it, bookmark, etc on their Kindle iPhone app. This is the same type of relationship.Note: The attached mock up FIGURE 2 shows the old iPhone app layout you will modify for the new one.

Things I will provide
• I will be able to provide you with the following prior to beginning the project:• Functional Documentation• From my experience, it can save months of development time by providing comprehensive documentation of every page, menu and modal box up front with sketches, definitions and walkthroughs.

2 If we need to build this app from scratch with all the modifications & changes listed then what would it cost to us .......
